Creating an echo, simplified
HOW TO ECHO
Start with the Right Foundation
Step 1: Pre-Event
We work with your team weeks ahead of the event to build content that will drive attendance, engagement and excitement. Last year’s event contained so many building blocks that will create fantastic pieces leading up to.
Capture What Matters
Step 2: In Show
Whether we bring our own equipment or work with your production team, we gather clean, usable footage—keynotes, panels and breakout sessions—optimized for both full-length viewing and future content creation.
This content was acquired during a wonderful event produced Smart Meetings and features the extremely talented Michael Ivanov.
Turn One Recording Into Dozens of Assets
Step 3: Post-Event
This is where your event starts working for you.
We Create Video Clips (lots of video clips)
We break long-form recordings into short, platform-ready clips designed for social, internal use, and marketing. From one hour of footage, we typically produce 10 clips in 3 formats (30 total assets).
We turn your event content into written pieces that match your voice and messaging. From one hour of footage, we can typically produce 8+ blogs.
We Create Blogs
Remove the video, and what’s left is a strong podcast. We handle intros, audio cleanup, and structure—turning presentations into ready-to-publish episodes. Up to 8 podcasts can come from a single hour of content.
We Create Podcasts
Short-form visual content designed to highlight key ideas, quotes, and moments. We typically produce a dozen or more graphics per hour of footage.
We Create Social Graphics
Having a buffet of fantastic content doesn’t do you much good if it doesn’t ever get in front of your audience. If you don’t have a distribution plan, we have you covered. Once content is created, it’s ready to be used across your channels—social media, internal communications, recruiting, and marketing campaigns.
Instead of a single recording sitting untouched, you now have a full library of content that can be distributed over time—extending the reach and impact of your event long after it ends.
